SCE - RCCTE
The Portuguese Energy Certification and Indoor Air Quality in Buildings System (SCE) results from the transposition of EU Directive 2002/91/EC.
The evaluation under the SCE – RCCTE (Characteristics of Thermal Performance of Buildings Regulation) is mandatory, by the Portuguese Law, in contracts of sale or lease of residential or small office buildings with HVAC systems P ≤ 25 kW.
